14 days cooling off period

This is only possible if the product is in its original condition and is still in undamaged packaging. You can then return your order without giving any reason. Please contact our customer service to return your order. You will receive the return address from us. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account. After receiving your return shipment, we will fully refund the purchase amount within 7 calendar days.
